remove assumption of pass directory location

removes the assumption that if you have a directory: "$HOME/.local/share/password-store" then this should be the PASSWORD_STORE_DIR. If this directory exists - then who is to say you want to use it for the password store? - the user should prefix any call to mailsync with the correct PASSWORD_STORE_DIR (or export it in shell / wrapper script)
