now able to choose between a 'stable' and a 'development' package.

so that it can work from a cronjob
and additionally searches for all Xorg displays on Linux
so that the display notification should appear correctly
no doubt there will be more bugs, but this is what the people want
and it's worth working out

- Fix formatting, typos, and make the format cohesive.
- Move LICENSE to defacto spot and more prominent
- Move dependencies sections to be a sub-section of the Install section since it was a bit confusing as to why the dependencies were after the Install section.

Clarify 'long' to 'longer'. Pedantic, 50% more bloat in characters but correct.
