As muttrc provides a shortcut 'o' for syncing inbox folders, different mailboxes
may not have the same folder name, we should overridden this command in each
account's muttrc file.

Otherwise, a mailbox which has 'INBOX' as its inbox folder will see this error:

ERROR: Account qq: no folder to sync (folderfilter issue?)
 *** Finished account 'qq' in 0:06
ERROR: Exceptions occurred during the run!
ERROR: Account qq: no folder to sync (folderfilter issue?)

This patch fix this problem.

The function detectMailboxes() try explicitly excludes all folder names that are
not inbox, but forget to exclude "Delete" or "Deleted Messages" folder. Outlook
and some other mailboxes have this folder. Without this patch, "Delete" folder
will be set incorrectly as inbox and spoolfile.

When managing multiple accounts it's hard to determine which one you're
currently viewing. This patch makes sidebar look like this:

The only problem with it is the necessity of changing sidebar_format, as with
its current value these 2 excess mailboxes are being appended with 0. That
leads to situation when size of an empty mailbox is being displayed as empty
string instead of 0. I consider it's not a big deal.

This should resolve #6.

This fixes one half of #6.

This is first working version of an added login query to the account
creation process. It fixes the first part of #6, but there still needs
to be more testing for the second part of that issue, which concerns
creating accounts with domains not listed in domain.csv.
