exclude drafts, sent, trash etc from search for new mail.  I still
believe it's usefull to have a notification for all the folders
except these.

sometimes new mail is not necessarily in the inbox e.g. if mail server applies filters.  This commit lists all folders and works through each one giving a notification of mail for each folder.

If no options are passed but the accounts are specified then the blank opt flag causes a (harmless) error message from mbsync about an empy channel.

the prefix is not correct at least for Ubuntu distro. Since doc clearly
states the dependencis. We assume msmpt is on the PATH environment.
